Booking Conditions
All renting or space is registered and can not be transferred.
The renting or space becomes effective upon receipt of reservation request duly completed and signed and the deposit for the duration of your stay and confirmation of Camping La Colle by mail, which guarantees your reservation.
No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
Warning: in case of delay or rent your space is reserved 24 hours after that time and no news written by you, the reservation will be canceled.
Phone messages are not allowed.
All users must respect the * Official Rules of Golf Camping and Caravanning.
Any additional person or visitor must report to reception imperative for registration. (Visitor is not free).
Any electrical accessory, without permission, is prohibited (fire hazard).
The amount of the stay is set upon arrival. Fee (20 €) at our expense.
For rentals, a deposit of 150 € and 50 € for spaces, you will be asked, returned after inventory.
Animals must be leashed, with their sleeping and their vaccination card.
The rental must be made in the condition found upon arrival, a 30 € will be requested for cleaning not satisfactory.
Similarly for locations, they must be rendered in the state found a 20 € will be requested to deterioration of the site.
Cancellation:
- Less than a month before the date of arrival: your deposit is not returned.
- More than a month before the date of arrival: your deposit will be returned.
For cancellation, the administrative costs of 10 € or 20 € will not be refunded.
